延长阀控密封铅酸蓄电池寿命的研究

摘    要:阀控式密封铅酸(VRLA)蓄电池的使用寿命与浮充电压、环境温度、正极板栅的腐蚀、失水、热失控、AGM隔板弹性疲劳等因素有关。为了延长VRLA蓄电池的使用寿命,提出了相应的解决方法,并讨论了VRLA蓄电池的使用维护、监测和在线容量判定等问题。为延长VRLA蓄电池使用寿命,便于维护保养和保证电信系统工作正常,提供了经验。

Abstract:The service life of valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) battery was influenced by floating charge voltage, ambient temperature, corrosion of positive plate, water loss, heat runaway and elastic collision of AGM. In order to extend service life of VRLA batteries, the solution methods were raised. The usage, maintenance, observation, judging of capacity of on-line of VRLA batteries were discussed. The experiences were convenient for the extension of the service life, usage, maintenance of VRLA battery, and guarantee of the telecommunication system working normal.
