医用Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷刃具的耐蚀性研究

摘    要:根据外科刃具材料的性能要求,设计并制备了用于科刃具的Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷。通过在两种医疗消毒介质中的腐蚀实际,评价了该材料的耐蚀性,并讨论了基分别在两种消毒介质中的腐蚀机理,结果表明,Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷具有良好的耐蚀性,其在医疗消毒用次氯酸盐溶液中主要为电化学腐蚀,耐在H2O2水溶液中则以氧化腐蚀为主。

Abstract:A new kind of Ti(C,N)-based cermet was designed and fabricated in order to meet the property requirment in making surgical cutting tools. Corrosion test was respectively carried out in two kinds of medical sterilization media,i.e.,a solution of hypochlorite and a solution of H 2O 2. It is shown that the Ti(C,N)-based cermet has good corrosion resistance and the corrosion behaviour of the tested cermet is mainly of galvano chemestry in the solution of hypochlorite, but of oxidation in the solution of H 2O 2.
