摘    要:针对金属磁记忆检测技术存在着信号易受环境干扰,早期判断困难等不足的情况,研究了通过外加激励磁场改善铁磁性金属产生的磁记忆信号等方法。结果发现,在外加激励磁场下,铁磁性金属产生的磁记忆信号呈现明显的规律性,并且提高了对损伤预见的准确性。

Abstract:Metal magnetic memory testing technique is a non-destructive testing technique with wide application prospect. But the technique has some disadvantages: the signal is easily interfered by the environment and it is difficult to predict the early destruction in the tests. This article focuses on the methods of improvement of the magnetic memory signal by placing the ferromagnetic structure in drive magnetic field. It has been found that in drive magnetic field this signal presents apparent regularity and predicts destruction more precisely.
