泡沫铝板在机床降噪中的应用研究

摘    要:为了探讨降低机床噪声的新途径,以将泡沫铝应用于机床主轴箱降噪为研究背景,采用理论分析的方法,研究泡沫铝复合板的隔声特性,建立了相应的数学模型,在此基础上对泡沫铝/铸铁机床主轴箱降噪效果进行了理论分析.结果表明在原铸铁机床主轴箱内安装泡沫铝内衬板,可较明显地降低机床噪声.该研究结果为泡沫铝在机床降噪中的应用提供了重要的理论依据.

Abstract:In order to find a new way of reducing the noise of machine tool, the acoustic absorption of the aluminum foam compound board was studied by theory method based on the application of foamed aluminum to the lathe headstock acoustical enclosure. The corresponding mathematical model was established. The effect on reducing noise of the machine tool with foamed aluminum board was analyzed. The rasult shows that the noise of machine tool can be reduced by mounting foamed aluminum board in lathe headstock.
