试论数字图书馆的信息资源管理

电子图书、电子期刊等电子出版物的出现，计算机和电信网络的普及，从根本上改变了图书馆的外部技术环境。而且，网络环境的来临，还改变了图书馆信息活动的内部机制、组织结构、内容方式、服务模式以及用户的信息行为等，因此，图书馆从根本上发生了变化，具有新的功能和特征。同时，它也面临着新的问题。

And, the arrival of the network environment,has changed the internal mechanism of the library message activity, information behavior of institutional framework,content way, service mode and user,etc, even,so,the library has changed fundamentally, have new function and characteristic.Meanwhile.it is facing the problem that newly too.
