混纺纱混纺比测定中纤维特征的分析

通过使用Matlab,对棉和莫代尔两种纤维纵向特征图像进行预处理,根据处理顺序依次对灰度化、增强、滤波、二值化、旋转等处理方法进行了探讨,并自编程序提取几何形状特征值。用Origin对特征值数据进行处理,分析直径CV值、矩形度、平均灰度值对纤维识别的敏感程度。结果表明,直径CV值、平均灰度值这两个特征值能较好的识别棉、莫代尔纤维。
