单片机控制的位移测量系统

摘    要:在智能测量中,直流电机作为拖动已广泛使用,但直流电机受本身特点的限制,一般控制电路较为复杂,作者通过大量实验设计了一种结构新颖的光栅式位移测量系统,该系统具有结构简单,成本低,可靠性等优点。

Abstract:D. C. motor has been widely used as tracting part in intelligent instrument measurement. However, as limited by the structure of D. C. motor it self, the control circuit for D. C. motor is usually complex. Based on experimental results, a novel displace measurement system which applies the grating sensors has been designed by the authors. This system has the features of simple structure, low cost and high reliability.
