| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the work principle of network talk and the shortage of traditional network talk, synthesizes the characteristic of traditional network talk, presents the technology of MySQL and PHP under Server environment adopting C and Java language based on Linux Operating System, and presents the principle and implementation of uniting with Internet technology and TCP/IP communication protocol and a typical network talk system-cartoon chat room system based on Web technology. |
