| 摘 要： | 针对目前村镇住宅建筑量大、建筑形式单一、片面追求“豪华”等现象 ,提出了一套比较适合地区特点的农村住宅方案 ,以达到“造价不高质量高 ,标准不高水平高 ,面积不大功能全 ,占地不多环境美”的目的。

| Abstract: | In this paper according to several phenomena existed in residence design in village and small towns a village residence plan is proposed to suit the characteristics of village and small towns. This plan can meet the requirements in cost, quality, standard, utilization area, function, environment and other aspects to realize the aim of "high quality with low cost, high level with normal standard, overall functions with small utilization area, beautiful environment with low land use". |
