金属橡胶-硅橡胶叠层复合材料阻尼器动态性能试验与建模

摘    要:通过对金属橡胶-硅橡胶叠层复合材料阻尼器的动力学特性进行试验和理论研究,发现金属橡胶-硅橡胶叠层复合阻尼材料具有明显的非线性迟滞特征,迟滞回线并非椭圆,含有多种阻尼成分.在此基础上,用理论和试验相结合的手段研究金属橡胶-硅橡胶叠层复合材料阻尼器的动力学建模,提出各恢复力成分、物理意义明确的非对称弹性粘性阻尼双折线迟滞恢复力模型.模型中的参数由试验数据辨识,用所建模型重构恢复力-位移迟滞回线,结果表明该模型能很好描述这类非线性振动系统的特性.

Abstract:By the test and theory research of the dynamics property of metal rubber-silicone rubber laminated composite damper, discovered that the metal rubber-silicone rubber laminated composite has nonlinear hysteretic characteristics, hysteretic curve is not ellipse and have manifold component of damp. Based on the research, we put forward the viscous damping bilinear hysteretic model of non-symmetry elastic that can calculate the resilience precisely and has clear physical meaning by the test and theory research. The parameters in the model are identified from the experimental data. The force-displacement hysteretic curve are reconstructed by using the model with these identified parameters. The results show that the model captures the nonlinear vibration system behavior quite accurately and the proposed model is practicable for modeling of the nonlinear vibration system with hysteretic characteristics.
