摘    要:分析了矿热炉功率因数低的原因和3种提高功率因数、增产降耗的补偿方式的利弊。结合实际运行的2台电炉在投入中压补偿并实施不同形式的低压补偿后的运行效果,阐述了应注意的技术问题。

Abstract:Analyzed the causes of low power factor of submerged arc furnace and the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of compensation ways of improving power factor,increasing production and reducing consumption.Combined with the actual running effect that the two electric furnaces are put into medium voltage and also carried out different forms of low voltage compensation,stated the technological problems should be paid attention to.
