阻燃粘胶与预氧化纤维混纺织物的开发

摘    要:将阻燃粘胶与聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维按7种比例进行混纺,根据纤维的特点,选择合理的纺纱与织造工艺,织成相应的织物,并对7种混纺比的织物进行性能测试比较.结果表明:当阻燃粘胶与预氧化纤维混纺比例为35/65时,织物的LOI达到30%以上,续燃时间小于3 s,阴燃时间为0 S,损毁长度小于110 mm,阻燃性能良好,同时具有较好的服用性能.

Abstract:The flame-resistant viscose and PANOF fiber are spinned at seven different ratios.According to the characteristics of the fibers,corresponding fabrics are wove by selecting reasonable technical processes,then the properties of seven ratios fabrics are tested and compared.The result shows that:when the blended ratios of flame-resistant viscose and PANOF fiber is 35/65,the LOI of fabric is more than 30%,the duration of afterglow is less than 3 s and no duration of afterflame,the damaged length is less than 11...
