固体酸SO42-/MoO3-TiO2-SiO2催化合成硬脂酸月桂酯

摘    要:以固体酸SO42-/MoO3-TiO2-SiO2为催化剂,以硬脂酸和月桂醇为原料催化合成硬脂酸月桂酯,得出最佳酯化反应条件为:醇酸物质的量比1.2∶1.0,催化剂的质量分数2%,反应时间3h,甲苯用量5mL,反应温度140℃.该反应的酯化率可达97.9%,且催化剂可重复使用.最后用FT-IR对催化剂SO42-/MoO3-TiO2-SiO2进行分析表征,表明SO42-在催化剂表面为螯合双配位吸附.

Abstract:Dodecyl stearate was synthesized from stearic acid and dodecanol using solid acid SO42-/MoO3-TiO2-SiO2 as catalyst.The better process conditions of synthesis of dodecyl stearate were obtained with a alcohol to acid ratio of 1.2∶1.0,catalyst amount of 2%,methylbenzene amount of 5 mL,reaction time 3 h,reaction temperature 140 ℃ with the ratio of esterification 97.9%,and the catalyst could be used repeatedly.At last,the characteristic of solid acid SO42-/MoO3-TiO2-SiO2 is analyzed by using infrared absorption spectrum.The results show that the acid sites on SMT surface exhibited a chelating ligand structure.
