某办公楼抗震加固、加层结构设计

摘    要:50年代初期设计和建成的内框架砖房及砖砌体结构的办公楼,为了使建筑能安全使用,同时能适应现代办公楼的使用功能,必须改变结构体系来承受地震力以确保建筑物的安全使用,用现浇钢筋混凝土板墙加固,在内部形成几个整体刚度较大的砖-混凝土组合体“筒”结构。水平地震作用主要由现浇钢筋混凝土板墙承受,竖向荷载由砖墙承受,这样形成了一个抗震性能良好的新的结构体系。

Abstract:To make the brick office building built in the 50s safer and applicable to the modern requirements, its structure has been renovated and wall board of cast in situ reinforced concrete applied to strengthen the original structure. As a result, several brick concrete "tube" structure with large integrated rigid have been composed within the building structure. The horizontal force is carried by concrete "sandwich wall" while vertical force by brick wall, forming a well performance aseismic structure.
