基于CAD模型引导的复杂曲面与测量点云配准

摘    要:针对测量点云与CAD模型配准过程中普遍采用基于点云与曲面的匹配方法,提出了以CAD模型引导的最临近点迭代ICP(iterative closet point)配准方法,由CAD模型将复杂曲面离散生成引导目标点云,并采用四元数法求解引导目标点云与测量点云配准的旋转和平移矩阵.通过引导目标点云的桥接作用,使测量点云与CAD模型达到快速配准.该方法具有灵活、快速的特点,并在具体项目中.得到验证.

Abstract:In contrast to the traditional method of comparison between the measurement pointcloud and complex surface,An idea of using CAD model directive ICP(iterative closet point) algorithm to register pointcloud and surface was proposed.At first the complex surface was tessellated and an object pointcloud was produced by CAD model,then unit quaternion is used to solve the rotation matrix and translation matrix.By the bridge of the object pointcloud,measurement pointcloud registers with CAD model quickly and exactly.The experiment proved the method was flexible and quick.
