| 摘 要： | 首先论述了数控布带缠绕机张力控制系统的组成,分析了设计过程中要考虑的几个问题,并改造了张力控制系统。其次,用M atlab 6.5对张力系统控制对象进行辨识和仿真,验证改造后的效果。然后,针对执行元件的滞后特性采用Sm ith预估控制器实现张力高精度控制。

| Abstract: | We first described the composition of the tension control system of the NC cloth winding machine and analysed several issues considered in the design process, then the tension control system is transformed. Secondly, we distinguish and simulate the tension control system by Matlab 6.5. Finally, we adopt a Smith controller to realize the high-accuracy tension control. |
