| Abstract: | This paper instructs the urgency of developing fiber optic communication from the necessity of the day by day increase of information capacity.It describes the present states of fiber optic communication technology in Soviet Union emphasically, analyzes the gap between Soviet Union and other advanced countries in fiber optic communication technology. At last, it points out the developing direction of soviet fiber optic communication. |
