| 摘 要： | 在气化装置安全保护控制系统中，阶段１程序和阶段２程序贯穿于气化炉投料的始终。针对投料程序联锁条件多、逻辑关系复杂、程序长、动作时间短、跳车后故障原因难以分析等特点，编写了气化炉投料程序动态信息表，利用ＰＬＣ软件功能，通过参考数据子程序将其在具有编程器功能的ＰＣ机上显示，可以跟踪和监视投料程序动作的全过程，一旦投料受阻能立即判明原因，指导排除故障，为投料成功提供了有力的保证。

| Abstract: | In the control system for safety protection of Gasification Plant,program of phase 1 and phase 2 run through the whole gasifier feeding procedure A dynamic message list for gasifier feeding procedure was compiled to react against the multiple interlock conditions in feeding procedure,complex logics,long procedure,short period of motion and difficult troubleshooting after shutdown The whole procedure of feeding could be traced and monitored by using PLC soft function to display the list on PC which has the function of programming,by means of referencing data subprogram,so that the cause hindering of the feeding could be distinguished immediately,instructing troubleshooting and guaranteeing successful feeding in |
