摘    要:研究了三维曲面非接触式测量系统的工作原理,明确了机械误差是影响测量误差的关键,在测量系统机械设计基础上分析其几何误差和热误差,并提出了克服的方法以保证系统测量精度。

Abstract:The work principle of a three|dimensional non-contact measuring system is studied in this paper. The error of the mechanical part is thought as the main factor that affects the precision of the measuring system. On the basis of its mechanical design, the geometric and thermal errors are analyzed. The method to avoid the errors is presented to guarantee the measuring precision of the system.
