均匀试验设计法在轮胎配方设计中的应用

摘    要:均匀试验设计法是只考虑试验点在试验范围内均匀分布的一种试验设计方法,具有试验次数少、周期短、结果分析精确的特点;应用该设计法试验优选出来的配方完全达到了配方设计要求,当胎面胶中胶粉用量扩大到20份后,胶料及成品胎的物理机械性能均较好,成品胎的耐久性能良好,实际行驶里程基本接近正常生产胎水平,并降低了胶料成本。

Abstract:The uniform experimental design method in which only the uniform distribution of the test points in the test scope is considered features less test times, shorter period and more precious analytical result. An optimal tire tread formula with high level of crumb is obtained with the said method. A tread compound with 20 phr of crumb shows good physical properties and lower cost resulting in a good endurance of finished tire and a similar tread life to that of the existing product.
