国产稀土钕系BR性能研究（三）硫化胶性能

对国内外钕系ＢＲ（ＮｄＢＲ）及国产镍系ＢＲ（ＮｉＢＲ）进行硫化胶性能对比试验。结果表明，国产ＮｄＢＲ硫化橡胶显示了典型稀土ＢＲ的一系列特征，与国外同类型产品相当，而与ＮｉＢＲ相比，具有拉伸强度和回弹值高、疲劳生热性低、动态力学性能好、抗湿滑性与滚动阻力之间平衡等特点，虽然耐热、耐臭氧及耐大气裂口性与ＮｉＢＲ相近，但长时间的室外自然老化性能却比ＮｉＢＲ稍差，其中门尼粘度（ＭＬ）较高的国产ＮｄＢＲ胶样在所试胶样中显示了最佳的综合性能

Study on Properties of NdBR Made in China Part.3 Properties of Vulcanizate

A comparative test has been made on the properties of vulcanizates base on NdBRs made in China and abroad and NiBR made in China. The results show that the vulcanizate base on NdBR made in China exhibits the characteristics of the typical rare earth BR; its properties are similar to those of the corresponding products made abroad; it possesses higher tensile strength and resilience, lower fatigue heat build up, better dynamic properties, more balanced relationship between wet grip and roll resistance, similar heat resistance, ozone resistance and atmospheric cracking resistance, but poor long period outdoor weathering property when compared with NiBR made in China; among all samples, the sample based on NdBR made in China shows the optimal comprehensive properties.
