| Abstract: | Disaster characteristics of brick masonry building with frame-shearwall structure at the bottom are briefed. Requirements for seismic concept design and numerical analyses are discussed. Finally, key points in analyses of this type of structures are investigated combined with practices by the author in the design of the projects. |
