闭式增压系统仿真分析

摘    要:介绍一种闭式增压系统及其组成单机的工作原理,使用AMESim建立了动力学仿真模型,对不同工况下的增压系统动特性进行仿真分析,着重分析阀门弹簧力、弹性元件系统刚度和敏感元件有效面积等因素对增压系统的影响。通过与地面试验、编程增压计算的结果对比表明:增压系统仿真与试验及增压计算的结果基本吻合,动力学仿真是一种模拟增压系统动特性的有效手段。

Abstract:The component and operational principle of closed pressurization system are introduced in this paper.On basis of AMSim simulation,the effect of varying spring force,system rigidity and sense-organ acreage to pressurization system are revealed in this thesis.Comparison between simulation,program and measurement on the test-bench shows that the results of simulation are in accord with experimental data and program.Thus the AMESim dynamic simulation can reveal the performance characteristics of pressurization system and furthermore optimize the system effectively.
