冷链物流实时监控系统设计

摘    要:针对目前国内缺乏冷链物流在线监控系统的现状,设计了一种基于通用分组无线业务(GPRS)技术的冷链物流实时监控系统。该系统以RX62N单片机作为处理核心,集成了GPRS技术、GPS技术、温度测量技术和2.4 GHz无线通信技术。该系统通过车载终端对冷藏车箱内温度和冷藏车位置数据进行采集,然后将其通过GPRS传输至后台监控服务器,实现对箱内温度和行车轨迹的实时监控和报警。通过测试,该系统可以实时准确地获取冷藏车的当前温度和位置,并对冷藏车的异常状况进行记录和报警,满足了冷链物流公司的应用要求。

Abstract:Aiming at current status of lack of cold-chain logistics online monitoring system,a real-time monitoring system for the cold-chain logistics based on GPRS technology is designed.In this system,a RX62N microcontroller is used as processing core,GPRS technology,GPS technology,temperature measuring technology and 2.4 GHz wireless communication technology are integrated in this system.The inside temperature and the location of the refrigerator car are collected by the vehicle terminal,and transmitted to the background monitoring server through the GPRS net,so that the inside temperature and the running track can be monitored.Through testing,this system can get current temperature and location accurately,record and alarm the exception of refrigerator car,which meet the application requirements of cold-chain logistics companies.
