输电线路钢管塔插板连接节点试验研究

摘    要:对钢管塔主材与斜材的K形连接节点进行了试验研究,其中斜材采用插板连接形式,包括槽型插板、U型插板、十字型插板,并结合有限元分析了各插板型式的受力特性,分析了节点的应力分布情况,验证了插板连接节点在1 000kV淮南-上海特高压双回输电线路钢管塔中应用的可靠性,提出了不同插板连接节点的适用条件,供1 000kV特高压双回路铁塔设计参考,也可推广到其他钢管塔中.

Abstract:K-node jointed by inserting plate are researched by full-scale model testing research and nonlinear finite element analysis,including three kinds of inserting plate as C-shaped,U-shaped and cross ones.The distribution and changing trends of stress is found out in steel tubular joints;and their reliabilities and safeties used in 1 000 kV Huainan to Shanghai UHV transmission tower are proven.Some suggestions for the use of C-shaped,U-shaped and cross inserting plates in design of steel tubular tower are presented.
