混合动力公交车仪表系统的开发

摘    要:介绍了一款混合动力公交车的仪表系统设计方案。该仪表系统结合了传统指针仪表系统和液晶显示系统的优点,以飞思卡尔16位单片机MC9S12HZ256为核心,并利用CAN总线连接到整个车身网络,通过步进电机和液晶显示系统对车速、发动机转速、动力电池电压和电流等信息进行实时准确地显示及故障报警。该设计方案较大程度上简化了设计电路,降低了设计成本,成功实现了仪表指针指示、电池参数显示和故障诊断等功能。

Abstract:Design on hybrid bus instrument system was proposed in this paper.This system,with MC9S12HZ256 of Freescale 16-bit microcontroller as the core,can reflect operation and fault information correctly by getting data from the CAN bus.It combined the advantages of traditional and LCD instrument systems as both of them have been integrated in the design.The ideal of integration in this system,finally,helped to simplify the circuit and cut the cost while with a clear reflection of pointer indication,battery parameter display and fault diagnosis.
