摘    要:城市雨水通过回灌补给地下水是雨水资源利用的重要方面.通过分析城市雨水回灌利用的发展和现状,以及城市地下含水层的补给和生态城市的建设需求,提出了回灌型城市雨水综合利用系统的建立方法.通过以调蓄为主的动水回灌方式,补源地下水,恢复城市地表水系,综合城市雨水、地下水和地表水的调节,能有效解决雨洪产生速度快和渗透回灌缓慢、降雨时空分布集中性和雨水资源利用分散性之间矛盾,实现雨水资源的优化配置与高效利用.

Abstract:Recharging groundwater is very important for rain resources utilization.Based on analyzing the development and current situation of the urban rain utilization,and considering the supplying of urban underground aquifer and the constructing ecological city,a method for setting up the comprehensive utilization system of urban rain focusing on recharging has been put forward.Adjustment & storage should be emphasized for recharging water flow,supplying the groundwater,restoring the surface water system,adjusting urban rain,groundwater and surface water compositively,through which the contradictions between the rain flood forming quickly and recharge slowly,the concentration of rain on the space-time distribution and the dispersing of rain resources utilization can be solved availably;and the optimal allocation and efficient utilization of rain resources can be achieved.
