环保型金、银提纯工艺试验研究

摘    要:提出一项环保型金、银提纯工艺:采用HCl,NaClO3混合试剂对金泥进行预处理,用HCl,NaClO4,KMnO4混合试剂浸金,浸金贵液用Na2SO3还原金;浸金渣中的银用Na2SO3溶液浸取,然后在盐酸介质中用铁粉还原出金属银。试验结果表明:该工艺获得的金纯度可达99.9%,银的纯度可达99%以上,金、银回收率均在99.5%以上。

Abstract:An environment-friendly technology for gold and silver purification is put forward. A mixed reagent of HCl, NaClO3 and KMnO4 is used to leach gold, and the precious liquid is reduced by Na2SO3. Silver in the leaching residues is leached by Na2SO3 solution. Consequently, silver is reduced by iron powder in HCl media. The experiment results show that the gold purity with the method is up to 99.9 % and silver purity is up to 99 %. Both gold and silver recovery is more than 99.5 %.
