基于LabVIEW的紫外ICCD相对光谱响应测试

摘    要:针对传统测试方法自动化程度低、操作复杂的不足,设计了一套基于虚拟仪器的全自动紫外ICCD相对光谱响应测试系统。该系统以高灵敏度的科研级光谱仪QE65000作为参考探测器,以LabVIEW为软件开发平台,将紫外ICCD图像采集、QE65000数据采集、单色仪控制、位移台控制、试验结果记录和处理等功能融为一体,实现了基于直接比较法的215~400nm光谱范围的紫外ICCD相对光谱响应的全自动化测量,测量最大不确定度为5.45%。利用该系统对国内、国外ICCD进行了对比测试,为紫外ICCD探测器的甄选、参数性能评价提供了重要参考,也为国内ICCD的改进优化提供了指导。实验证明,该测试系统操作简单、运行稳定、自动化程度高,极大地提高了测试效率。

Abstract:Since the traditional testing method is low of automation and complex to operate,the paper brings up an automatic measurement system for relative spectral responsivity of UV ICCD based on virtual instrument.The measurement system takes scientific-grade spectrometer-QE65000 as a reference detector and LabVIEW as software platform.It achieves the ICCD image capture,the spectrometer data acquisition,monochromator control,motion platform control,data processing and data recording simultaneously.By using the direct comparison method,the system realizes the automatic relative spectral responsivity measurement in 215~400 nm.The uncertainty of the equipment is less than 5.45%.By comparison test of domestic and foreign ICCD,the measurement system not only plays an important role in ICCD evaluation and selection,but also provides great guidance for domestic ICCD optimization.Experiments show that the measurement system is simple to use,stable operation,high automation,and greatly improves the efficiency.
