摘    要:钢包及中间包的保温是炼钢工艺中研究的重要课题之一.根据蓝晶石和硅线石等原料的高温转变特性,采用经特殊工艺制成的新型隔热保温材料,并用特殊的结构形式来改善钢包包衬结构.通过模拟钢包和中间包的实验研究,在保证钢水温度的情况下,有效地降低了出钢温度、延长了包衬寿命,并获得了较好的经济效益.

Abstract:Holding propreties of ladle and tundish is one of important subjectsfor steelmaking process. According to high temperature tansformation characteristics of sillimanite and cyanite, a new type thermal insulation material was made by especial technique and a kind of structure of budle liner was improved by using especial structure. On the basis of simulated test of ladle and tundish, the tapping temperture wasdecreased and the service life of bndle liner wasincreased under the condition of assuring temperture of molten steel. The better economic effect was obtained.
