摘    要:功能性低聚糖具有良好生理功能,在食品、饲料、医药等行业有着广泛应用,制备功能性低聚糖原料主要有淀粉、蔗糖、乳糖等;该文对功能性低聚糖制备进行介绍。

Abstract:Functional oligosaccharides,which can been made from starches,sucrose,lactose,or other materials,feature their fine physiological functions,and are used widely in food,feedingstuff and medicine industries.The preparation of these oligosaccharides are discussed in this paper.
