南京港锚地疏浚对河势及防洪影响分析

摘    要:南京港栖霞油轮锚地位于南京河段龙潭水道拐头至兴隆洲之间的浅滩区.随着国民经济的发展,港口运量也不断增长,停泊南京港栖霞油轮锚地的船只数量、吨位不断提高.为了适应大型船舶的停泊需要,须对南京港栖霞油轮锚地进行疏浚.根据多年来的实测资料,对拟疏浚区所在龙潭水道进行了河势演变分析,在河势可行性分析的基础上,结合水文及水流动力条件,分析了南京港栖霞油轮锚地疏浚对长江河势及防洪的影响.研究表明:在加强施工监控措施的条件下,若疏浚的深度严格控制在2 m以内,对岸坡比的影响不大;疏浚对常年河床的冲淤影响不大;疏浚工程的实施不会影响岸坡的稳定,从而不会影响到长江堤防的安全,对长江防洪基本没有影响.

Abstract:Xixia oil tanker berthing area of Nanjing port is located in a shallow beach between Guaitou and Xinglong island in Longtan waterway of Nanjing reach of Yangtze river. With the development of national economy, the transportation volume of Nanjing port, the number and the tonnage of vessels to berth in Xixia berthing area are constantly increasing. In order to meet the requirement of large oil tanker's berthing, Xixia oil tanker berthing area should be dredged. In accordance with the data observed in recent years, the river regime evolution of Longtan waterway is analyzed. Based on the feasibility analysis of the river regime, in combination with hydrologic and hydrodynamic condition, the influence of dredging Xixia oil tanker berthing area of Nanjing port on the river regime and flood control of Yangtze river is analyzed. Research results show that with the dredging depth not excessing 2 m, the dredging of the berthing area has less influence on the slope of the river bank and on the perennial scour and deposition of the river bed, and could not affect the stability of the river bank and the safety of Yangtze river dyke, so it could not influence the flood control of Yangtze river.
