我国城市微观形态的时代困境与规划理念创新

我国古代城市与计划经济时期的城下在微观形态上具有同构性．都具备粗放大街廓与内部自发建设相叠加的二元形态特征这种二元特征不能适应新时期城市发展的要求．在城市开发、土地使用与管理以及城下基础设施改造过程中引发了一系列矛盾在分析诸矛盾的基础上，该文对我国城市规划理念和管理模式的创新进行了探讨。
