摘    要:利用PVDF压电薄膜厚度薄、耐冲击、频响范围宽等特性,提出了一种能够监测冲压加工中细小凸模折断的监测方法.理论分析和模拟实验证明该方法非常适合对冲压加工中的凸模进行监测.

Abstract:Taking advantage of the great properties of PVDF Piezoelectric-film such as thinness, high impact resistance and wide frequency range etc, this paper presented a male die monitoring method which could monitor slim male die` crack when punching. The monitoring method adopt a multi-point PVDF Piezoelectric-film transducer, a multi-point charge amplifier circuit and Microcontroller Unit. The multi-point PVDF transducer could be easily deployed in a die, and perceive blanking pressure directly; Special designed charge amplifier and Microcontroller-based architecture can lower the cost of monitoring greatly. Theoretical analysis and mimic experiment proved that this monitoring method could perform the function of male die monitoring.
