摘    要:根据定量杀菌试验、缓蚀实验及稳定性实验,筛选较优配方,在此基础上,运用均匀设计方法安排实验,并用多元回归程序计算,确定最优配比。结果表明:本消毒剂常温下含0.025%有效氯的稀释液,作用3min即可杀灭细菌繁殖体99.99%;含0.1%有效氯的稀释液,作用10min可杀灭枯草杆菌芽孢99.90%。

APPLICATION THE MULTIPLE LINEAR REGRESSION COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR PREPARATION THE CHLORINATED DISINFECTANT
Abstract:The excellenter formulations were screened by the quantitative sterilizing test,the anticor-rosive test and the stability test.In order to get an ideal formulation, we used homogeneous design method to arrange the test and utilized the multiple linear regression program to compute the optimum ratio. It was indicated in laboratory experiments that the disinfectant solution containing 0. 025 % available chlorine could kill 99. 99% Es-cherichia col and Staphylococcus Aureus. The solution containing 0. 10% available chlorine brought into contact with bacteria at room temperature for 10min,it could kill over 99. 90% of spore of Bacillus Subtilis Var niger.
