摘    要:本文考虑了压力对临界固相率的影响,提出了压力下的缩孔预测判据,及与压力、温度梯度和冷却速度相关的缩松预测判据,该判据已成功的应用于华北工学院铸造工程中心开发的Castsoft软件的低压铸造模块.

Abstract:In this paper, the influence of the pressure on the critical solid fraction was considered; the critical solid fraction method under the pressure condition was proposed to predict porosity. On the other hand, based on the darcy law, a new shrinkage prediction method related to pressure, temperature gradient and cooling rate was put out. The criterion had been successfully applied in the low-pressure casting module of castsoft, which had been developed by the casting centre of North China Institute of Technology.
