Viloft纤维与中空涤纶混纺工艺的研究

介绍了Viloft纤维和中空涤纶纤维的特性,通过工艺实验和测试,分析了Viloft纤维的结构、性能及影响纱线质量的一些因素.将Viloft纤维与其它常用纤维比较,确定纺纱工艺,并对该纤维的纺纱性能作了进一步的研究.根据2种纤维的不同特性,选择了不同的工艺流程,解决各工序的工艺配置及优化工艺参数.针对Vilofi纤维的特点,重点研究了该纤维和中空涤纶的混合方式、梳棉针布的选用、粘卷的产生及处理,并条工序缠罗拉、缠皮辊以及成纱条干等问题.并进行相关实验,提出了相应的技术措施,完善工艺方案.

Research of blended yarn spinning technology of Viloft fiber and hollow polyester

The properties of Viloft fiber and hollow polyester fiber are introduced.Some factors such as the structure and properties of Viloft fiber,which influence the qualities of yarns,are analyzed through the process experiment and testing.Comparing the Viloft fiber with other common fibers,determinate the technological process of spinning and make further research on the fiber.According to the different characters of the two fibers,choose the different technological process,and solve the technological installment and optimize the technological parameters.For the peculiarities of Viloft fiber,Emphasis on the blending way of Viloft and polyester,selection of the carding clothing,the lapping in drawing process and yarn evenness.Some technological measures are proposed through some experiments in order to improve the processing plan.
