级联式STATCOM解耦控制策略

摘    要:在级联式H桥多电平的静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)控制系统中,由于耦合效应,三相总直流侧电压控制和单个电容电压平衡控制之间会产生影响,不利于平衡控制问题的解决。针对该问题推导出解耦的条件,提出在解耦情况下的平衡控制策略。在实现无功补偿的同时,解决各H桥直流电容电压动态的平衡。搭建十三电平级联H桥STATCOM的仿真模型和七电平实验平台,仿真、实验结果说明该控制策略对无功补偿具有良好的补偿性能,且直流侧电容电压在控制范围内稳定波动,验证了控制策略的可行性。

Abstract:In the cascade H-bridge multi-level static synchronous compensator(STATCOM)control system,due to the coupling effect,there will be an impact between the three-phase total DC side voltage control and the single capacitor voltage balance control,which is not conducive to the solution of the balance control problem.In this paper,the decoupling conditions were derived for this problem,and then the balance control strategy in the decoupling situation was proposed.While realizing the reactive power compensation,the dynamic balance of the DC capacitor voltages of each H-bridge was solved.The simulation model of 13-level cascade H-bridge STATCOM and the seven-level experimental platform were built.The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed strategy has good compensation performance for reactive power compensation,and the capacitor voltage on the DC side fluctuates stably within the control range,which verifies the feasibility of the control strategy.
