相变降温矿工服的设计与评价

摘    要:为缓解井下作业人员的热应激,利用相变材料设计降温矿工服。通过模拟高温高湿环境(温度为30 ℃,相对湿度为80%),采用真人着装实验,获得人体着装时的皮肤温度和主观热湿感受,对该相变降温矿工服的降温效果进行评价。结果表明:穿着相变降温矿工服能显著降低局部皮肤温度、平均皮肤温度和躯干皮肤温度;不同部位的降温效果存在差异,后腰和腹部皮肤温度降低幅度最大,腿部降温持续时间较短;平均皮肤温度和躯干皮肤温度最高分别下降约0.91 ℃和1.70 ℃;主观热感降低,热舒适感升高,但湿感无显著变化。

Abstract:In order to migrate heat strain on underground mining workers,this paper introduces the development of a set of cooling clothing making use of phase change materials(PCMs)working in a simulated environment of temperature 30℃,relative humidity 80%.In human trials,skin temperatures and perceptual responses of thermal and wetness sensation from the subjects were acquired to evaluate the cooling effect of the PCM cooling clothing.The research shows that wearing the PCM cooling clothing is able to reduce significantly the local skin temperature,the average skin temperature and the torso temperature.Discrete cooling effects at different body sites were captured:the local skin temperature saw the largest decrease at the lower back and abdomen,and the cooling duration was the shortest at the thigh;the average skin temperature and the average torso temperature had a maximum decline of about 0.91℃and 1.70℃,respectively;subjective hot sensation declined and thermal comfort sensation improved,but the wetness sensation remained almost the same.The research indicates that the PCM cooling clothing can effectively mitigate the heat strain on miners.
