钢板攻丝高强螺栓连接钢框架节点力学性能试验研究

摘    要:对采用钢板攻丝高强螺栓连接的钢框架节点分别进行了高强螺栓拉伸及剪切试验、钢柱法兰连接节点静力及拟静力试验、梁柱半刚性连接静力试验。基于试验数据对节点连接的承载能力、失效模式以及刚度特征等关键问题进行了分析。研究结果表明:由自攻螺纹钢板及高强螺栓构成的连接形式具有良好的抗拉、抗剪性能,以螺杆断裂为最终破坏模式;钢柱法兰连接中法兰板无明显滑移及翘曲,高强螺栓没有拔出或断裂,试件表现出较好的延性和承载能力;梁柱连接表现出典型半刚性特征,桁架梁先于节点域发生破坏,破坏特征为桁架弦杆屈服及斜腹杆屈曲,节点连接符合"强节点、弱构件"的抗震设计原则。

Abstract:Extensive experiments on steel frame joint using high-strength bolted connection with tapping steel plate are carried out to study the mechanical performance.The experiments include the following aspects:(1)Tensile tests and shear tests of highstrength bolts;(2)Static tests and quasi-static tests of full-scale models of steel column flange joints;(3)Static tests of semirigid beam-column joints.Based on experimental data,some critical issues are analyzed,such as bearing capacity,failure mode,and stiffness characteristics of beam-column joints.Experimental results show that the new connections with high-strength bolts and tapping steel plate have good tensile and shear behavior.The final failure is threaded rod fracture.During the test,the flange plates of specimen have no obvious slipping and warping,and the high-strength bolts are not pulled out or broken,and the specimens show good ductility and bearing capacity.The steel beam-column joint using high-strength bolted end-plate connection with tapping steel plate exhibits typical semi-rigid characteristics.The failure of truss beam is prior to the panel zone,and the failure characteristics are chord yield and diagonal web member buckling.The steel beam-column joint satisfies current seismic design principle of"strong joints,weak members".
