高炉内锌的赋存形式及对烧结矿性能的影响

摘    要: 锌作为有害元素,在高炉内循环富集给生产带来了一系列不利影响,但锌在高炉中的赋存形式未有定论。为此,设计了一种新的试验方法,模拟研究了高炉上部锌的赋存形式及对烧结矿还原和粉化的影响。试验结果表明,温度为493~905 ℃时,锌先以液态形式富集黏附在烧结矿上,然后被煤气氧化成ZnO,最终以致密的壳黏附在烧结矿表面,从而阻碍了还原反应;温度小于493 ℃时,锌主要以金属锌和氧化锌的混合物富集,对烧结矿的还原有促进作用;温度小于905 ℃,烧结矿上富集的锌能降低烧结矿的强度,促进烧结矿的粉化。

Abstract:Zinc,as a harmful element,has brought a series of adverse effects on production by circulating and enriching in the blast furnace. However,the form of zinc occurring in a blast furnace is uncertain. Therefore,a new experimental method was designed to simulate the occurrence of zinc in the upper part of the blast furnace and its effect on the reduction and pulverization of sinter. The experimental results show that when the temperature is between 493 and 905 ℃,Zinc adheres to the sinter in the liquid form first,and then Zinc was oxidized to ZnO by gas. Finally,a compact shell is attached to the surface of the sinter. This phenomenon hinders the reduction of sinter. When the temperature is below 493 ℃,Zinc is mainly enriched with a mixture of metal Zinc and ZnO,which promotes the reduction of sinter. It promotes the reduction of sinter. When the temperature is less than 905 ℃,the Zinc enriched on the sinter can reduce the strength of the sinter,which promotes the pulverization of the sinter.
