焦炭基质的反应性与拉曼组织结构

摘    要: 焦炭的反应性会受到基质和孔结构的影响,选取10种焦炭制成粉末,对焦炭基质的反应性进行研究,发现焦炭基质的差异会对反应性能产生影响。对反应不同时间后的焦炭基质拉曼谱图进行拟合,将谱图分为5个峰,即D1、D2、D3、D4和G峰,发现D4与G峰的峰面积比值与反应性有较好的相关。D4与G峰的峰面积比值越大,对应时间内焦炭反应量越多,说明焦炭无规则组织越多,焦炭对应时间内的反应性能越好。光学组织测试发现,焦炭的光学组织结构与焦炭基质拉曼峰面积比值也存在较好的相关性。

Abstract:The reactivity of coke is affected by the pore structure and the coke matrix. Ten kinds of coke were crashed into powder to study the reactivity of the coke matrix. The differences in the coke matrix were found to affect their reaction performance. The relationship between coke structure and reactivity was studied by Raman test and peak fitting of the spectrum. In the experiment, the Raman spectrum was divided into five peaks: D1, D2, D3, D4, and G. The reactivity of cokes showed a good correlation with the peak area ratio of D4 and G. The cokes with more random structures showed a higher reactivity in the corresponding time. A good correlation between the optical textures content and Raman peak area ratio of coke was also found.
