| 摘 要： | 储罐做为炼化企业储运系统物料存储的关键设备,具有运行周期长,运行环境恶劣、收付工艺复杂、检修作业风险高、储存介质有毒有害易燃易爆的特点。本文分析了中石化系统内2010年至今发生的储罐火灾爆炸事故案的发生原因,并根据原因提出通过提升储罐本质安全水平和加强储罐检维修过程管理等手段防止储罐火灾爆炸事故的应对措施。

| Abstract: | As the key equipment of material storage in the storage and transportation system of refining and chemical enterprises,the storage tank has the characteristics of long operation cycle,bad operation environment,complex receipt and payment process,high maintenance risk,toxic,harmful,flammable and explosive storage medium.This paper analyzes the causes of tank fire and explosion accidents in Sinopec system since 2010,and puts forward countermeasures to prevent tank fire and explosion accidents by improving tank intrinsic safety level and strengthening tank maintenance process management. |
