多腔体方钢管混凝土短柱轴压力学性能研究

摘    要:对9个多腔体方钢管混凝土柱进行了轴压试验,研究了腔体数量、钢管与内部腔板壁厚比t/t1对试件承载力、延性和变形能力的影响.同时使用ABAQUS软件对多腔体方钢管混凝土柱进行了全过程受力分析,模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好.结果表明:在达到承载力之前,单腔体方钢管混凝土试件已经发生鼓曲,鼓曲在达到承载力后迅速增大从而导致焊缝...

Abstract:Axial compression tests were carried out on nine multi-cavity concrete-filled square steel tubular columns,and the effects of cavity numbers,thickness ratio between steel tubular and internal cavity plate on the bearing capacity,ductility and deformation capacity of specimens were studied.ABAQUS software was used to analyze the whole loading process of multi-cavity concrete-filled square steel tubular columns,and the simulation results have a good agreement with the test results.Results show that before reaching the ultimate bearing capacity,the concrete-filled square steel tube specimens with single cavity already developed bulging.After reaching the ultimate bearing capacity,the rapid increase of bulging leads to a welding cracking.Before the restraint effect of steel tube on concrete fully utilized,the specimen already failed.After the cavity plates are set in the concrete-filled steel tube specimen,the ductility of the specimen is excellent,the deformation property obviously improved,and the material strength of specimen is fully utilized.And more cavity-plate can lead to better deformation performance.The thickness ratio between steel tubular and internal cavity plate of 1.5 has better deformation performance than those with the ratio of 1 and 2.5.
