摘    要:结合国内外在开发、应用特殊螺纹接头过程中取得的经验成果,探讨和总结高温高压井用特殊螺纹接头的结构设计、选用要点及评价方法,详细介绍螺纹、扭矩台肩及密封结构设计。总结在极端负载条件下评价特殊螺纹接头密封性能的理论方法,为进一步有针对性地优化设计、选用特殊螺纹油井管产品提供参考,从而有效解决油井管失效问题。

Abstract:Based on the experiences and achievements as resulting from the development and application of the premium connection both at home and abroad, the structural design, selection tips and evaluation methods of the premium connection as used for the HPHT well are discussed and summarized, involving details associated with the designs of the thread,the torque shoulder and the sealing structure,etc. Also summarized are the theoretic methods as used to evaluate the sealing performance of the said premium connection serving under extreme load conditions, which provides reference for further targeted optimization design and selection of the OCTG with premium connection,so as to properly solve the OCTG failure problems.
