关于地下室防水设计的讨论

摘    要:针对明挖法施工的地下室防水设计,指出地下室能否长久防水,关键在于结构自防水,附加外防水是重要的保护措施,但不宜“一刀切”;应根据地下室结构特点、水文地质和施工条件等,来选择业已成熟的防水设计方案,如采用补偿收缩混凝土做底板的结构自防水,可取消外防水,尤其对于桩板或厚板结构的底板。

Abstract:According to waterproofing design of basement constructed by open excavation,the article points out that the key to its long lasting waterproofing lies in structural self-waterproofing and additional exterior-waterproofing is an important protective measure.The waterproofing design of basement should be based on basement's structure,hydrogeologic and construction conditions and choose some proven waterproofing solutions.For instance,when compensated shrinkage concrete is used as structural self-waterproofing bottom plate,additional exterior waterproofing can then be cancelled.
