酒钢本部450m~3、2500m~3高炉经济性对比

本文通过对酒钢本部450 m3、2 500 m3高炉指标、原燃料条件及生铁成本等进行经济性对比分析,本部450m3高炉由于使用了低价原料(特别是自产料),其成本远低于2 500 m3高炉,但通过对适应于2 500 m3高炉的同等原燃料条件下的对比测算,2 500 m3高炉的生产成本要低于450 m3高炉;高炉容积的选择需要从企业经营战略、原料条件、政策风险、未来市场预测结果等多方面进行考虑。

Economic Comparison Between Blast Furnaces of 450 m3 and 2500 m3 Volume in JISCO

This paper describes economic properties of 450 m3 and 2 500 m3 volume blast furnaces in JISCO. The influence of different indexes, original fuel condition and pig iron cost to economic benefits of blast furnace was analyzed and com- pared. The cost of 450 m3 native blast furnace is much lower than 2 500 m3blast furnace at present because of low price raw material（ especially self-supply material） ,but the cost of 2 500 m3 blast furnace is lower than 450 m3 with same level of o- riginal fuel and material estimation. Various integrated factors should be considered when selecting the volume of blast fur- nace, for instance enterprise management tactics, raw material condition, policy risk, result of future market prediction ect.
