化工现场设计实时数据处理系统研究

摘    要:在化工项目建设过程中,设计变更与现场签证是影响建设投资与设计质量的关键因素之一,而现场数据的采集与使用是影响设计变更与现场签证的关键因素。以大唐多伦46万t/a煤制烯烃项目为例,介绍了GPS-RTK定位技术对现场位置数据的快捷自动采集;从现场有效数据的采集、标定、存储和AuotoCAD接口方法等方面研究了化工管道设备现场数据的处理方法。

Abstract:In construction process of chemical engineering project, the design change and site signature is one of the key factors effecting the construction investment and the design quality, collection and utilization of site data are the key factors effecting the design change and signature. Taking 460000 t/a coal olefin project in Datangduolun as an example, author has introduced the GPS--RTK position technology for quickly automatic collection of site position data; has researched the disposal methods for site data of chemical engineering piping and equipment from aspects of collection, demarcation, storage of effective site data and Auto CAD interface method etc.
