重庆地铁某暗挖车站设计方法及安全性分析

摘    要:根据某暗挖车站TBM过站的工程实际,将"先拱后墙分部开挖法"应用到重庆地铁大跨暗挖车站设计中。按破损阶段法对车站初期支护强度进行验算,并进行安全系数评价;对二次衬砌采用破损阶段法设计原理,建立荷载-结构模型进行模拟分析,并对混凝土抗裂进行验算;施工工序采用二维地层-结构模型进行有限元模拟,得出定性的结论;结果表明,重庆地区类似工程采用"先拱后墙分部开挖法"施工大跨暗挖车站安全可行,结论对城市地铁设计和施工具有参考与指导意义。

Abstract:According to a certain mined underground metro station engineering practice with the TBM passing,the application of Arch first and then wall excavation method is used in design of Chongqing metro long-span mined underground station.Adopting plastic stage design method to design preliminary bracing and secondary lining.Then to assess the safety coefficient of preliminary bracing.Establishing load-structure mode to simulation analysis,then to process the anti-crack calculation.Adopting FEM to carry out 2D numerical simulation on whole excavation process and to obtain qualitative assessment.Results indicated that it is suitable to use the method in the construction of long-span tunnel.All the obtained conclusions can be as reference and guide to the urban metro.
