摘    要:概述了放电离子化二维色谱法测定高纯氢中微量氧、氮、一氧化碳的工作原理,探讨了样品气不同流量、不同浓度通过中心切割对峰面积产生的影响,并对实验方法的可靠性进行验证。

Abstract:Discharge ionized two-dimensional chromatography of cutting center method to determine trace oxygen, nitrogen, carbon monoxide in high purity hydrogen is described. The method parameters, such as flow rate of sample concentrations are also studied. And the reliability of the method is evaluated.
